The new PAID Promotions Champion Joey Hayes makes his first title defence against the monstrous Cyanide in Morecambe on Sunday.

Two of the best and most decorated singles stars in the North West will square off at The Globe Arena in Westgate, with the linear British Heavyweight Championship on the line.

Hayes captured the belt from the Psychotic Warrior Johhny Phere in a brutal Chains Match at the Golden Chance Rumble earlier this year.

After the match the new champion humiliated Phere’s manager Greg ‘The Truth’ Lambert, putting him in a sleeper hold and branding him a ‘liar’ with a marker pen, and fans will be eager to see the fall out on Sunday.

The show, fittingly titled Aftermath, will also see the continuation of a blood feud between Phere and his younger brother Triston.

The rivalry escalates in a no disqualification, Submissions Match, where if Triston survives 15 minutes, he will gain a permanent spot on the PAID Promotions roster.

Elsewhere on the card, the outspoken Scot Ryan Grayson has to team with his gorgeous valet Serenity in a handicap match against Blackpool’s Ricky J McKenzie.

And for the first time Bubblegum goes one-on-one with the Golden Chance Trophy holder, Craig Kollins.

Meanwhile, tag team action will see the Blackpool Blonds duel with the powerhouse duo of Jon Aggro and ‘Mr Big’ Shaun Vasey.

The show is hosted by Stallion and VIP ticket holders get to meet the wrestlers in the ring after the show.

Doors open at 4pm for a 4.30pm start.
