Officers hunt for pair in connection with sexual assault of teenage girl

Police are appealing for help to trace two men who are wanted in connection with an alleged sexual assault.

Officers are trying to trace Daniel Ross, 19 and Carl Atkinson, 20, both from Preston, after a report of a sexual assault against a teenage girl.

The incident is alleged to have taken place overnight between Tuesday, September 20 and Wednesday, September 21.

Both men are thought to be in the Preston area.

DS Janette Bashall said: “We are continuing our enquiries to trace these men and would appeal to anyone who may have seen them or has any information on their whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log 417 of September 23.
