Have your say

Residents and business owners in Padiham have been on high alert this Boxing Day as the River Calder burst its banks and sent flood water pouring into the town centre.

The authorities have reported that, as well as contending with flood water entering their homes and businesses, up to 1,000 people in the town are now without electricity.
