Lancashire PCSO denies four charges of assault
A Lancashire police community support officer (PCSO) has made his first court appearance charged with four assaults on the same woman.
Forty-nine-year-old Andrew Curry is alleged to have assaulted his former partner on January 16, January 24 and twice on January 27.
Curry who gave an address in Elmwood, Chorley, is charged with assaulting the woman at their then flat inNewton Road, Ashton, Preston.
Curry appeared before Blackpool Magistrates and pleaded not guilty. His trial was fixed for May 1.
