A LADIES night in aid of Rosemere Cancer Foundation is set to take place tomorrow.
It has been organised by Denise Fletcher from Fulwood and will be held at the Norman Jepson Beefeater Grill.
There will be more 20 stalls occupied by a diverse range of local businesses, so women can enjoy a bit of retail therapy or get some practical advice on a range of issues.
There will also be a buffet and a raffle with 25 prizes.
Denise, 48, has organised the event after receiving cancer treatment last year.
After discovering a lump, she underwent surgery before having a course of radiotherapy at the Rosemere Cancer Centre, at the Royal Preston Hospital.
She said: “I wanted to organise a fun and glamorous night that would also make people more aware about the facilities that are available on their doorstep.”
Tickets are £6.
