Walkers and runners are being invited to attend the annual Anglezarke Amble this Saturday.
The walk has been organised by the West Lancashire Group of the Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA).
The Anglezarke Amble is a 24-mile challenge and it will start at Rivington Village Hall at 8am.
The walk will take in a host of sights throughout Rivington, Anglezarke, Turton and Darwen Moors.
There will be a 16-mile route should people prefer to walk a shorter distance.
The entry fee is £7 for LDWA members and £8 for non-members.
Hot and cold drinks are provided with food provided at checkpoints.
A hot meal is also provided at the end of the walk.
