A TV celebrity is bringing an unusual way of finding out about your personality to Garstang.
Jane Sheehan, fresh off the back of Strictly Come Dancing’s It Takes Two on BBC2, will be launching foot reading sessions in the town’s Vitality Centre.
Jane says foot reading reveals personality strengths and weaknesses, and highlights hidden potential and undervalued talents.
By learning what their feet say about them, therapists and individuals can use that information as a tool for personal development and growth.
And the sessions, which are a new venture for Jane, will reveal your true feelings says Jane.
“We are all used to changing our facial expressions and hiding our true feelings, but we can’t do that with our feet – they tell the truth,” she said.
“Simply by analysing the shapes of feet and toes, we can tell an awful lot about a person.”
Jane began foot reading in 1999 and started teaching the techniques in 2003. In 2010 she was awarded Honorary membership of the Association of Reflexologists for her outstanding services to reflexology.
Jane has also written several books on the subject including Let’s Read Our Feet!, The Foot Reading Coach and Sole Trader – The Holistic Therapy Business Handbook.
The books explain how foot reading can be used as a tool for self improvement for everyone.
Jane has set herself up in the Vitality Centre on Dimples Lane and sessions can be booked direct with the centre.
