That’s the question artist Hannah Cobb (pictured) is asking as part of a new project aimed at celebrating diversity and exploring the shared human value of home.

The 19-year-old from Broadgate has been busy creating profiles of friends, family and people she has met through volunteering who have lived abroad for at least two years, but now needs more willing participants to share their thoughts.

“I have embarked on this art project to change the ‘Us Vs. Them’ attitude that is becoming so rife in Britain. These are real people’s stories.”

Hannah, who left Newman College last year and now sells her artwork, said there was a common theme among the people who have taken part so far.

She said: “An underlying feature always seems to be somewhere people feel safe and relaxed.
