Garden bin charges for Preston households

Town Hall bosses are offering a discount to householders who subscribe early to have their garden waste bins collected.

Preston Council charges £30 per brown bin, which will cover garden waste collections between April 1 this year and March 31 next year.

Subscriptions - to apply or renew - made before March 10 this year will be at a discount price of £25.
