Forbes ranked among the best agents in the country

Forbes Estates Agents have been awarded and recognised as among the top 5% of estate agents in the country by The Property Academy and Rightmove.

The Best Estate Agent Guide is an initiative from the Property Academy and Rightmove with the aim to improve the industry service across the board.

Their goal is to compare all estates agents across the board and select the ‘best’.

All agents that advertise on Rightmove are automatically entered and their companies analysed –the market share, number of properties sold and let, length of time on the market, sold and let prices are monitored.

The highest 20% of agents are then mystery shopped up to 10 times and the results complied to create a shortlist of the very best top performing agents.

The awards are given based on service levels and successes achieved for your clients.

Forbes Estate Agents are in the top 5% of estate agents in the UK.

They are the best single estate agent in the North West and are situated in Chorley.

This accolade does not come easily - it cannot be bought or voted for.

The property Academy and Rightmove, together have accessed more than 20,000 sales and lettings branches of all models including traditional (corporate and independent), online and hybrid agencies.

This herculean exercise included an assessment of three million sales transactions, 50 million leads and three billion property views of the one million plus properties that appear on Rightmove at any one time.

As if that wasn’t enough, in addition to analysing that massive amount of data, the Property Academy carried out the biggest mystery shopping exercise ever undertaken.

Each agency branch was mystery shopped up to half ten times, to identify both the performance and the customer service experience that estate agents, throughout the UK are currently delivering.

Unlike any other study carried out before, the Property Academy drilled down to location specific analysis to be able to identify estate agents that perform the best and deliver the most positive customer experience.

The results of which are published in The Best Estate Agency Guide.

The top 5% of agents are listed in the guide as “Exceptional” for Sales and “Highly Rated” for Lettings.

Gabby Logan presented the awards at the EA Masters Ceremony held at the O2 Intercontinental, London.
