Flasher seen in Preston park

Police were called to the canal path in Haslam Park at around 3.15pm on Monday.

Two girls, aged 16 and 17, were walking their dog when they noticed the man standing near the entrance to a small tunnel.

The man did not say anything but it appeared he had pulled his shorts down and was touching himself inappropriately. He is described as white, of muscular build, aged in his late 20s or 30s, approximately 5ft 10ins tall, with short, brown hair. He was wearing a dark blue running top, dark shorts and sport-style glasses with yellow lenses.
