First glimpse inside redevelopment of former Fishergate Booths building

This is the first glimpse of new luxury apartments inside the redeveloped former Booths building in Fishergate.

Developers TSS Property Ltd are tonight launching 14 apartments to sell off-plan.

A show flat is expected to ready in around three weeks.

The developers say they are luxury boutique apartments each with their own bit of character.

One has a bridge, some has the listed decorative coving which is a historic part of the city, and the top floor apartments all have balconies overlooking the high street and the Preston skyline.

A launch event is being held at Bridgefords estate agents in Winckley Street from 4pm.

A spokesman said :“A limited number of people will be invited to have a look at the plans, see floor, kitchen, bathroom finishes etc, and get a feel for the development. “They are going to be the most unique, luxury apartments Preston has ever seen and will set a benchmark for luxury city centre living.”
