Fire drama at building in Longton
Three fire engines and an aerial ladder platform were called to a commercial building fire on Liverpool Road, Longton.
Firefighters from Preston and Penwortham used four breathing apparatus and two hose reels tackling the fire in the semi-detached property at around 1.30pm today (Friday).
The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported.
