Fire crew called to conservatory blaze
Preston firefighters attended a fire in a conservatory in Houghton.
The crew from Preston fire station received reports of a conservatory fire on Arrowsmith Drive, Houghton, at 1.50pm yesterday.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. They remained at the scene for approximately one hour.
