The Professional Adviser Awards celebrate the very best of the financial advice industry.

More than 200 firms entered the awards, which are in their 11th year and seek to reward excellence in financial advice and the wider sector.

The black-tie ceremony took place at The Brewery, in London. Vanessa Townshend, director and Chartered Financial Planner, was presented the award by Colin Murray, Northern Irish radio and television presenter. Springfield Financial Services’ managing director, Tony Pilkington, said: “We are very proud to have won such a prestigious award.

“It is a real testament to the hard work of everyone at Springfield Financial Services and highlights our commitment to providing high quality advice to our clients”.

The company was established in 1979 and is based on the docks in Preston.

It specialises in providing retirement planning, investment management and estate planning advice to both individuals and companies throughout the North West.

The firm’s independent financial advisers have over 100 years of industry experience and are highly qualified.
