Grace, a nursery practitioner, married Dan Rawcliffe at the stunning Bartle Hall where they had exclusivity of the full complex for the celebrations.

They met on dating app Plenty of Fish and have since enjoyed a dream holiday to Mexico and the purchase of their first home in Warton where they live with their dog Chester, three chickens and a rabbit.

Grace, who moved to Lancashire in 1998 following her dad’s job at BAE Warton, arrived at the ceremony by a white, horse-drawn carriage.

She said: “We couldn’t have wished for a better venue to be married at and the service was impeccable from start to finish.

“I walked in to Tale As Old As Time, instrumental version and we walked out to Highway to Hell which was a bit of comedy we added and the guests loved it.

“For the first dance, I swapped my glitter silver heels for custom made rose gold and blush converse with the rose from Beauty and the Beast.

“We had favours of honey and wax candles provided and hand made by my mums cousin and wife – Simon

and Kelly Croson. They made all the favours using honey and wax made by their own bees – incredible!”

Summing up his feelings about the day Dan, a timber merchant from Blackpool, said: “You don’t marry the person you can live with, but the person you can’t live without.”

Grace added: “Love each other for your beauty inside and out and that is how I feel every part of the day was.”
