Evening Post wins Team of the Year at media awards

The Lancashire Evening Post has won the Team of the Year prize at the O2 Media Awards North West.

The paper was also highly commended in the Daily Newspaper of the Year category.

Investigations editor Aasma Day won the Specialist Reporter award, with court reporter Stef Hall also highly commended. And Aasma and senior reporter Catherine Musgrove were highly commended in the News Reporter of the Year category. And Aasma was highly commended in the Features Writer category.
