Sporting youngsters from across Preston have been bullying off on the pitch as they competed in the KABO Mini tournament.
Over the past few weeks there has been the KABO hockey league running with 12 teams completing in two divisions – Sherwood are league One champions and Grange are top of the second.
More than 200 children and their hockey sticks got together for a mini challenge, which saw some close fought games.
The sport is so popular, with some schools submitting more than one team, that there were three separate categories.
The main cup competition was a closely fought event with several matches going to extra time and penalties.
Cup 2015 champions were Broughton, with Sherwood in second place and Moor Nook third.
