Co-owners Alex Buxton and Emma Bailie trade as Aged in Oak Wine Company, both online and from Garstang High Street.

They opened to the public in December 2012.

Alex and Emma will find out if they have won their category at an awards ceremony at The Dorchester Hotel, London, on February 4 next year.

Alex, who is originally from Longridge and now lives with Emma in Preston, said, “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this respected industry award.

“There are some fantastic independent retailers trading up and down the country who all work incredibly hard, so just to be nominated is a coup.
