Cyclist hurt in crash
A cyclist has been injured after a crash in South Ribble.
Emergency services were called to the A59 Liverpool Road, near the junction of Lindle Lane, at about 6.40pm on Wednesday, to reports of a collision between a cyclist and another vehicle.
Police said the cyclist, a man, was conscious and breathing, and had a suspected broken leg.
He was due to be taken to hospital by ambulance, and police were investigating.
