VIDEO: Preston fly-tippers caught on camera
CCTV footage has been released which shows men dumping rubbish into a Preston street in broad daylight.
The images show two men unloading rubbish from a white Ford Transit van.
The load was illegally dumped in the access road to Sharples Yard at Fishwick Bottoms.
The incident happened at 12:15pm on Monday February 27.
