Carl Bainbridge, 34, of no fixed abode, was jailed for 10 weeks after admitting stealing a jacket, being drunk and disorderly and failing to surrender to bail.

James Newhouse, 34, of Hubert Place, Lancaster, admits failing to ensure a child was wearing a seatbelt, and must pay a £40 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Stephen Christie, 45, of Clarendon Road West, Morecambe, got a curfew after admitting burgling the Arndale Centre and stealing £300 of mobile phone cases, and must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

James Branthwaite, 41, of Avondale Drive, Lostock Hall, Preston, admits failing to comply with a SORN declaration and must pay a £40 fine, £150.42 back duty and £85 costs.

Scott Barcroft, 41, of Farleton View, Carnforth, was jailed for six months after admitting stealing £575 of beauty products from Sainsburys.

Radcliffe Lewis, 40, of Norbreck Road, Cleveleys, near Blackpoolwas bound over for 12 months by magistrates in the sum of £100 after admitting breaching the peace during an incident in Chorley.

Jordan Dominic Bourne, 20, of Geneva Road, Fulwood, Preston, admits sending a threatening text message and must pay a £100 fine, £85 surcharge and £100 costs.
