Brian Rudman, 62, of Winchcombe Road, Carshalton, Surrey admits stealing a Chorley woman’s wallet, cash and passport worth £1,940 and must pay a £200 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Bernard McPartland, 64, of Ercall View, Telford, Shropshire, admits being drunk and disorderly at Lancaster Train Station and must pay a £133 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Elaine Woods, 37, of Levensgarth Avenue, Fulwood, Preston, was banned for 44 months and must do 40 hours unpaid work after admitting drink driving, and must pay a £90 surcharge.

Lawrence Cafferty, 26, of Brooke Street, Adlington, Chorley, was banned for 10 months and must do 80 hours unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified and uninsured, and must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

James Jones, 21, of West End, Penwortham, Preston, must do 180 hours of unpaid work and take part in a probation programme after admitting assaulting a woman, and must pay a £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

Pauline Wilkinson, 57, of Liverpool Road, Penwortham, is banned for 16 months and must do 60 hours unpaid work after admitting failing to give a breath test.

Paul Leech, 47, of Blackpool Road, Preston, admits possessing heroin and must pay a £120 fine, £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs, magistrates ruled.
