Liam Greenhalgh, 29, of Lindisfarmne Avenue, Blackburn, admits being drunk and disorderly in Preston, and must pay a £284 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Phimister, 50, of no fixed abode, admits using threatening behaviour, damaging two cars, and breaching an order, and must pay £200 compensation, a £40 fine, and £32 surcharge.

Daniel Hughes, of Watling Street Road, Fulwood, Preston, admits driving without insurance and must pay a £120 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Marius Pirvu, 33, of Arnham Road, Callon, Preston, was banned for 20 months after admitting drink driving, and must pay a £200 fine, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

Dominic Batinello, 27, of Wellington Court, Accrington, admits using racist abusive behaviour, and must pay £100 compensation, a £40 fine, and £85 costs.

Craig Nightingale, 45, of Lancaster Road North, Preston, was discharged conditionally for 12 months after admitting possessing three wraps on cocaine, and was ordered to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie Jarvis, 32, of HMP Full Sutton, York, admits possessing a phone and charger in HMP Garth and was given six months in prison alongside his jail term.

Jason Wright, 33, of Cavendish Drive, Ribbleton, Preston, was bound over for 12 months by magistrates in the sum of £100 after admitting breaching the peace.
