Angela Craigie, 44, of Newark Place, Savick, Preston, got a 12 month conditional discharge after admitting stealing clothes and cosmetic items, worth £201 from M&S,and must pay a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.

Leroy Ahmed Colecozy, 45, of Maitland Street, Preston, was jailed for 16 weeks after admitting four shop thefts - including £719 of fragrances from Debenhams - whilst subject to a community sentence.

Phillip James Thiem, 33, of Buckshaw Hall Close, Chorley, was jailed for four months and banned for four years after admitting driving while disqualified, due to his persistent breach of court orders and seven disqualifications in the last three years.

Diane Shepherd, 51, of Chain House Lane, Whitestake, Preston, admits driving without insurance and must pay a £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Peter Dickinson, 54, of St Georges Crescent, Walkden, Manchester, got a rehabilitation activity after being found guilty of sexual activity in a public lavatory, and must pay a £196 fine, £85 surcharge and £400 costs.

Joe Heyes, 21, of Pilgrim Drive, Chorley, admits driving without due care or insurance, and must pay a £660 fine, £44 surcharge and £85 costs.

Francis Charles, 42, of Duke Street, Preston, admits failing to wear a seatbelt, and must pay a £56 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Costello, 56, of no fixed abode, admits being drunk and disorderly in Preston Railway Station, and must pay a £50 fine and £32 surcharge.

Chene Ferguson, 35, of Hollinshead Street, Chorley, received eight weeks, suspended for 12 months and a 48-month ban after admitting drink driving.

Luke Alexander Jenkinson, 24, of HMP Preston, was jailed for a week by Preston Magistrates’ Court after admitting assaulting a police officer by spitting at him, and possessing cannabis.

Razaaq Hussain, 29, of Dymock Road, Preston, must do 100 hours unpaid work after admitting sending an offensive message, and must pay a £200 costs.

Barnaby Clegg, 34, of no fixed abode, was jailed for 12 weeks after admitting two counts of using threatening behaviour in which he brandished a weapon.
