Robbie Womack, 23, of Francis Street, Hindley, Wigan, got a restraining order and 120 hours unpaid work after admitting assaulting a woman in Chorley, using threatening behaviour, and damaging a gate, and must pay £75 compensation.

Wendy Froehlich, 59, of Beechfield Road, Leyland, was banned for 28 months and ordered to have alcohol treatment after admitting drink driving, and must pay a £120 fine, a £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Gavin Robert Merrill, 34, of Robin Hey, Leyland, admits failing to wear a seatbelt, and must pay an £83 fine, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Simon Dixon, 47, Queens Street, Morecambe, got a restraining order and rehabilitation activity after admitting causing a man actual bodily harm, and must pay £100 compensation, a £90 surcharge and £220 costs.

Lee Coulter, 34, of Lords Croft, Clayton-le-Woods, Chorley, must do 80 hours unpaid work after admitting twice assaulting a woman, and damaging her phone, and must pay £400 compensation and £85 costs.

Dominic Durkin, 26, of Oxford Street, Preston, was jailed for 14 weeks after admitting threatening behaviour to a hospital employee in Preston.

Adam Bonnell, 24, of no fixed abode, was discharged for 12 months after admitting breaching a restraining order, and must pay a £21 surcharge.
