A 14-year-old boy was one of two people arrested after two high value cars were stolen from outside a house in Preston.

Police say a Porsche Panamera and an Audi A5 S-Line convertible were taken at around 3am on Tuesday after a house in Lower Bank Road was burgled. Car keys and a wallet containing cash were taken.

The Porsche was later found abandoned at Alder Road on the Grange Estate. The white Audi, registration number MF63MVM, is still missing.

The boy and a 25-year-old man from Preston were both arrested and later released on bail.

DC Justin Singleton of Preston CID said: “I would urge anyone who may have seen the Porsche being driven at any point to contact us, as well as anyone who may have seen it being abandoned.”

Anyone with information should contact 101.
