Police have issued a renewed appeal to find a woman missing from Bamber Bridge, in a “fragile and distressed” state.
Jeanette Roche, 47, was last seen at her home address in the town at about 4.15pm on Monday, June 27.
A further sighting revealed she was at Preston Railway Station on Tuesday, June 28, at 3am.
Police said she had not had access to essential medication for several health conditions and officers are concerned for her welfare.
Detective Inspector Martin Pearson, from the Public Protection Unit, said: “Jeanette has not been seen for over a week and we are extremely concerned about her.
“She was very distressed when she was last seen, saying she was going for a walk to calm down following an upsetting phone call.
“She was in a fragile state of mind and with each day that passes we are becoming increasingly worried about her.
“We would urge anybody who knows where she is to contact us.
“We would also appeal to Jeanette, if she sees this, to get in touch to let us know she is safe.”
She is described as white, 5ft tall, slim build with shoulder length dark brown hair.
She was last seen wearing glasses, a coral t-shirt with buttons, navy leggings and black platform trainers.
Police believe since she went missing, Jeanette bought and started wearing a black and white cardigan.
She has connections to Wigan, Leyland, Chorley, Haslingden and Keswick.
