Probe into bedroom fire at Bamber Bridge home
An investigation is under way into a fire which damaged a bedroom in Bamber Bridge, near Preston.
Firefighters from Bamber Bridge were called today to reports of a fire involving domestic property on Carr Field.
When they arrived they found the fire involved a first floor bedroom which was well alight.
They used two breathing apparatus and a hose reel to extinguish the fire.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is now under way.
