A teenager was charged after being caught with a large machete-style knife in Preston city centre.
Police responded to reports a man had been detained by door staff in Church Street on Saturday (July 2).
The man was found in possession of a large machete-style knife and was promptly arrested at the scene.

A 19-year-old man was later charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place.
He was remanded into custody to appear before Preston magistrates on Monday morning (July 4).
