Preston man cleared by jury of sexual assault with glass bottle
A man has been found not guilty of the sexual assault of a woman with a glass bottle.
David Andrew Corcoran, 30, of Conway Drive, Fulwood, Preston, was alleged to have assaulted the woman between April 16 and 22.
However he denied the allegations, and after a trial at Preston Crown Court the jury found him not guilty.
