Police warn public 'not to approach' two men wanted in connection with burglary in Penwortham

Two men are wanted by police in connection with a burglary at Penwortham’s 1260 Craft & Crust Bar & Restaurant.

Leroy Allen, 33, and Kingsley Cairns, 21, are wanted in connection with a burglary at Penwortham’s 1260 Craft & Crust Bar & Restaurant on 21st January.

Allen, 33, is mixed race, 5ft 7ins and of medium build with brown eyes and short cropped hair.

He has links to the Moor Nook, Grange, Brookfield and New Hall Lane/Ribbleton areas of Preston.

Cairns, 21, is white, 5ft 8ins, of slim build with brown eyes.

He has links to Lea, Ashton, Plungington, Preston city centre, South Ribble and Penwortham.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police said: "Have you seen either of these men?

"They are wanted in connection with a burglary at Penwortham’s 1260 Craft & Crust Bar & Restaurant on 21st January."

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is advised not to approach them but to get in touch with a description of their clothing and location by email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting log number 459 of 21st January.

Lancashire Police said a third man, Gary Hampson, aged 20, was found guilty of burglary in connection with this incident and was sentenced at Preston Magistrates' Court on 24th January.
