Police have swooped on premises in Preston and seized a large quantity of illicit alcohol and cigarettes.
The haul was recovered from a property in New Hall Lane on Wednesday night after a raid involving licensing officers and a team from Lancashire Trading Standards.
Around 2,500 packs of cigarettes were confiscated, along with hundreds of cans and bottles of beer.
“This joint operation was done thanks to intelligence received,” said a police spokesman. “A joint investigation is now ongoing.
“We are unable to comment further on the location of the premises and it will be for the courts to decide on the disposal of the seized items.”
