Police are hunting a man who broke a McDonalds worker’s nose when he threw a glass at her.
The incident happened at around 4.20am on Sunday September 28, at the McDonalds in Clifford Street, Chorley.
A man entered the restaurant with a pint glass and threw it at a woman working behind the till. The glass hit the 43-year-old worker and she received treatment at hospital for a broken nose as well as cuts and bruises to her face.
The man is described as 5ft 10in and slim with short fair hair, and is thought to be aged in his early 20s. He wore a grey hooded top and white polo shirt and dark coloured three quarter length shorts.
PC Stuart Hart of Chorley Police, said: “This has been a completely unprovoked attack in which the victim has been left extremely shaken.”
