Police crackdown on uninsured drivers

Police have been seizing uninsured cars bring driven on Lancashire's roads.

Officers from Lancashire's Roads Policing unit have seized four cars in the last 12 hours and say the crackdown will continue.

The vehicles seized include one in Baxenden which had no insurance and no MOT, and a driver in Accrington who had borrowed a friend's car but did not have insurance.

An insured Honda in Preston was seized, plus a car driven throgh Blackburn by a driver with no licence or insurance.
