DC Carl Guest of Lancashire Police said: "If you see this man, or know where he is, please don’t hesitate and get in touch with us immediately.

"I would also remind anyone who is assisting him that it is an offence to harbour a wanted person, so if you have information, you need to let us know."

Threadgale is described as 5ft 5in tall, of stocky build, with short blonde hair, shaved at the sides.

He has a number of distinguishing tattoos, including a full sleeve on his left arm, the words 'deadly sins' and a cross with two praying hands on his right arm, a picture of Jesus’ face on the right side of his neck, and a picture of a bird on the left side of his neck.
