Morecambe heroin and cocaine dealing charges against London man

The sentencing of a London man who was caught with drugs in Morecambe has been adjourned.

Oluwatobi Omotosho, who is a 21-year-old Nigerian national, appeared by video link at Preston’s Sessions House Court. from HMP Feltham, where he is currently on remand.

He admits possessing heroin and crack cocaine in the resort on June 6 last year.

However he put forward a basis of plea to the court which a Judge Graham Knowles QC ruled needed to be explored further as it could affect his potential sentence.

A new date will now be arranged.
