CI Mike Adamson of Chorley Police, said: “Kirsty has been missing for more than a month now and our concern for her welfare is growing every day as there has been no contact from here since she disappeared. Her family are also extremely worried about her and they just want to know she’s okay.

“I would appeal to anyone who sees Kirsty or knows where she may be to get in touch and I would urge Kirsty herself to contact us if she sees this appeal.”

Kirsty is described white, around 5ft, of slim build with shoulder length black dreadlocks. She was last seen wearing a brown velour hoodie, grey cargo trousers and walking shoes. She may have a blue mountain bike with her.
