MISSING: Concerns grow for missing Preston man

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a  man who went missing in Preston.

Officers are now appealing for information to trace the missing man.

A police spokesman said in a post to social media: "We are growing increasingly concerned for a male missing from the Preston area.

"David was last seen by a family member but has not been heard from since.

"He is described as a white male with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and black shorts. He is missing from his home address in Preston.

"We would appeal to anyone who sees David or knows where he is to get in touch with us. We would also ask David to contact us if he sees this appeal to let us know he is safe and well.”
