
An appeal has been launched to locate Philip Michael Shilton after packages containing class B drugs and mobile phones were discovered in the grounds of HMP Garth and HMP Wymott in Lancashire.
Police want to speak to the 33-year-old after the packages were discovered on September 27, 2017.
Shilton is described as white, 5 foot 10 inches tall of medium build with blue eyes. He has links to the Bootle and Merseyside areas.
A spokesman for the police said: "Police want to speak to Philip Michael Shilton in connection with the trafficking of controlled drugs into prison.

"Packages containing class B drugs and mobile phones were discovered in the grounds of HMP Garth and HMP Wymott in Lancashire.
"Shilton is described as white, 5 foot 10 inches tall of medium build with blue eyes. He has links to the Bootle and Merseyside areas.
"Anyone with information about Shilton’s whereabouts is asked not to approach him but to call police immediately on 101."
