Man wanted after woman hit in head with glass in Preston attack

A man is wanted in connection with an assault in which a woman was hit in the head with a glass in Preston.

A woman was hit with a glass at the Lands End pub in Preston on December 7, 2019.

She suffered cuts to her head which required hospital treatment as a result of the attack.

Ben Brindle, 26, is wanted in connection with the assault, and police are asking for the public's help to find him.

DC Mark Thornton, of Preston Police, said: "We appreciate that this incident took place several months ago, but we have followed up numerous lines of enquiry since then and as yet have not been able to locate Brindle.

"We would like to speak to him as part of our enquiries and are now asking for the public’s help finding him.

"If you have seen him, or know where he is, please get in touch as soon as possible."

Brindle, from Preston, is described as white, of average build, with brown hair and brown eyes.
