Man wanted after staff are racially abused at Blackburn railway station

British Transport Police are today releasing a CCTV image following a report of racial abuse at Blackburn railway station earlier this month.

A man is reported to have pushed through the ticket barrier then verbally abused a member of railway staff at 8.35pm on Tuesday, July 7.

Lancashire Police has released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 2000045264.
