A man has been convicted of four counts of attempted burglary following a string of incidents at homes in Preston.
Jack Hardman, 23, of Clyde Street, Ashton on Ribble, denied the offences and stood trial at Preston Crown Court.
However the jury took less than 20 minutes to unanimously find him guilty of the attempted burglaries.
The court heard Hardman is employed and has a family.
Hardman has been granted bail but will return to court for sentence following report.
