M55 lane closure after vehicle collides with central reservation barrier
The third lane of the M55 has been closed in both directions between junctions 3 and 4 following a collision.
Lancs Road Police have tweeted that a car collided with the central reservation on the motorway.
The vehicle was left abandoned in lane three.
They say the driver was tracked down and reported for numerous offences.
The M55 currently has lane 3 closed in both directions between junctions 3 and 4 while the barrier is repaired.
