Richard Schofield, 31, and now of HMP Lowdham Grange, denies four counts of assaulting an emergency worker.The alleged incidents relate to separate dates on September 24, 25, October 15 and 16,
Judge Sara Dodd said she had been made aware he was refusing to move from his current establishment where they have no 'secure' video facilities, to HMP Preston where they do.
A new provisional case management hearing has been set for July 22.
