Lancaster FC fan choked on chicken from kebab, manslaughter jury told

Paramedics recovered meat from David Clark’s airway, after he collapsed on a Preston to Barrow train at Silverdale station on his way home from the Lancaster FC v Farsley Celtic match on March 2, 2019.
Police retrieved it as evidence from the railway lines.


Mr Clark, 56, died the next morning, with the cause of death deemed to be choking.

Hide AdFurther police evidence was shown to jurors including pictures of the train and food debris, 'selfies' with the kebab taken on the train, and CCTV of the parties sitting in the carriage while it was in a station.
