Wrecking rampage

A man who went on a wrecking rampage at a pregnant mum’s home has been jailed for 20 weeks by Preston Magistrates’s Court.

Myles Crichlow Clarke, 27, of Alder Close, Ribbleton, Preston, admitted damaging a wall, door handle, cup and steam mop in Leyland on October 3 in a domestic incident, when two youngsters were present, the court was told.

He was given a restraining order and must pay an £80 surcharge and £180 court charge.

PRESTON: A sex offender who breached notification requirements has been jailed for four weeks.

John Battersby, 47, of no fixed abode, failed to indicate his housing situation to police between September 18 and 24.

The bench said he had a disregard for court orders and he must pay an £80 surcharge and £180 court charge.

LEYLAND: Martin Catterall, 31, of Kingswood Road, Leyland, admits harrassment.

Magistrates heard he e-mailed his victim and had items dropped at her home. He also admitted damaging her car.

BAMBER BRIDGE: Darren Stanistreet, 33, of Barleyfield, Bamber Bridge, has been jailed for 15 weeks for beating a woman.

PRESTON: John Molineux, 33, of Fishergate Hill, Preston, admits four shop thefts in the city and was jailed for 28 days after Preston magistrates said he has a “flagrant disregard for people and property”.

Tracy Shaw, 44, of Palatine Avenue, Lancaster, was found guilty of failing to give driver information and must pay a £660 fine, £66 surcharge, and £85 costs.

Connor White, 21, of Queensway, Brinscall, Chorley, admits not wearing a seatbelt and must pay a £145 fine, £20 surcharge, and £85 costs.

Ventbrook Limited, of Tomlinson Road, Leyland, was found guilty of failing to give driver information and must pay a £770 fine, £77 surcharge, and £85 costs.

Christopher Forbes, 27, of Parlick Road, Ribbleton, Preston, admits assaulting a woman and must pay a £40 fine, £20 surcharge, and £150 court charge.

Emma Kelly, 19, of Calico Close, Bamber Bridge, was found guilty of failing to pay her £4.30 rail fare and must pay a £60 fine, £4.30 compensation, £20 surcharge and £200 costs.

Neville Unwin, 30, of Lucerne Road, Fulwood, Preston, was found guilty of failing to pay his £19.10 rail fare and must pay a £220 fine, £19.10 compensation, £22 surcharge and £150 costs.

Lisa Eaves, 26, of Aughton Walk, Preston, was given an eight-week curfew after admitting stealing coffee and detergent and must pay £34.93 compensation, a £60 surcharge, and a £150 court charge.

David Kitchen, 42, of HMP Preston, was discharged for 12 months after admitting possessing cannabis, but must pay a £15 surcharge and £180 court charge.

Luke Alexander Jenkinson, 20, of De Lacy Street, Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston, admits resisting a PC, and must do 200 hours’ unpaid work but no order for costs was made.

Rachel Clarke, 25, of Hewlett Avenue, Coppull, Chorley, is banned for 12 months after admitting drink driving and must pay a £275 fine, £28 surcharge, £85 costs and £150 court charge.
