Investigation into missing 20-year-old with links to Preston and Leyland

A 20-year-old is missing from his home in Blackburn and police believe he might be in Preston or Leyland.

Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Scott Holmes, who has been missing for around four weeks.

Scott is described as 5ft 8 inches, with short ginger hair and a slim build.

He has known links to Preston, Leyland and Chorley.
