A Lancashire vicar has been re-bailed by police investigating an historic allegation of rape.
Rev Jim Percival, 63, from Holy Trinity church in Freckleton attended the police station at Blackpool on Tuesday.
He will return on March 5, when he, his wife and daughter must attend in relation to a police investigation into the death of a baby.
The Rev Percival, his wife Susan, 65, and daughter Ruth, 28, were arrested in December at the vicarage in Freckleton.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “The vicar has been re-bailed over the allegation of rape and will next attend the police station on March 5 on that matter and the matter he faces with his wife and daughter.”
