A fifth person has been charged with the brutal murder of a Lancashire dad-of-four outside his own home.

Dad-of-four Sajed Coudry, 43, was found in the street in Blackburn with serious injuries after a large scale disturbance.

He was taken to hospital but died the following week. A 24-year-old man was seriously hurt in the same incident and is still recovering.

Four people have already been arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder, but yesterday Lancashire Police arrested a fifth man.
